Md. Transportation Officials Ponder Metro Link to BWI
Plan Would Require Contributions From Nearby Businesses

Girding for the arrival of thousands of new workers along the
Baltimore-Washington corridor, Maryland transportation officials
are studying ways to build a Metro line between Greenbelt and
Baltimore-Washington International Airport.
Um, didn't they used to run a Metrobus shuttle from Greenbelt to BWI?
Didn't they end this service because nobody was using it?

Not only is the B30 bus still running, but it was fairly crowded when
I last rode it, two months ago.

It's a handy and inexpensive way to get between DC and Baltimore:
Metro to Greenbelt, B30 to BWI, Light Rail to downtown Baltimore.
