Urgent question re: buses in Dulles-corridor
(too old to reply)

I'm interviewing for a job in Herndon (near "downtown" Herndon
and Fairfax County Parkway), and I need specific bus information.

Figuring out the bus route is easy, reverse commute is what
I am checking on since I am coming from Maryland to West Falls
Church by Metro.

I'm looking for specific info on the reverse commute schedule
in case it's not on WMATA.com.

I want to make sure there is a reverse commute bus in place
now that they spent all that money implementing Phase I BRT.

Of course, if they had started working on the Dulles line back
when we all thought they would get off the pot before the bank
broke in 2001, it would be Metro out to Wiehle Ave. already!

(Remember the original schedule was Phase I: 2005/2006,
Phase II: 2009, this was AFTER they split it into two phases
at the request of the Federal Govt! Ironically, one of the
things holding it up was a vote by... the city of Herndon...
who said their employes would not benefit from a rail line
that ended in Reston.)

Thanks,

If you don't find it in the PDF file schedules of the WMATA
operated lines.

look over at Fairfax Connector

There is no interim BRT service.
