A lot more work need to be done then I expected considering
the New York Avenue is planed to be opened next weekend.
and the G Route extension is planed to open on 12 18 2004

This looks like some kind of provision for a line extension that
bypass the underground tail track service area. During earlier
visits to the site I assumed this was part of the interlocking
that connect track G3 to tracks G1 and G2. Its obvious now that
the interlocking connecting the third tail track to the other
tail tracks is father north in the underground section.
